I received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, what should I do?

We at Foxx Equipment Company are committed to providing high quality products and professional service to all of our customers. If, however, you’re unhappy with your order, please let us know, and we will do everything in our power to make it right. To obtain an RMA, (Return of Merchandise Authorization) and instructions, please contact your Foxx sales representative. If you are unsure who handles your account, simply contact the Foxx branch where your order’s shipment originated. Please also be ready to provide the packing slip or invoice number. How do I return my unwanted items?

Once you have received an RMA, package the unneeded portion of your order carefully in a cardboard box, including your return authorization number and a copy of the invoice or packing list. Mark the shipment “Attn: Returns,” and feel free to use the shipping method (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) most convenient to you, or we can help arrange pickup. If you are shipping the items yourself, please use a method that generates a tracking number.

I’m ordering from outside the United States. What do I need to know before ordering?

If you have not ordered before, click here to set up an account through our website. Please note that it is Foxx Equipment Company’s policy that international customers be required to pay in advance via International Wire Transfer of Funds. Your sales representative will be able to provide the information needed to initiate and complete payment.

Where can I find a tracking number on my order?

After we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. Your invoice will also contain the tracking info.

What are my shipping options?

We at Foxx Equipment Company use United Parcel Service and Federal Express as our main package shippers. For larger shipments, we have the ability to work with all major LTL trucking companies, through which we will automatically look for the best price in transport. When placing an order through our website, there is a drop down box to select your preferred shipping method. If you have a shipping preference not listed on our website, we will, to the best of our ability, use your suggested carrier. Simply give us a call immediately after finalizing your order. Be ready to provide your order/invoice number.

Do you offer any product customization?

Absolutely! At Foxx Equipment Company, we build regulators, gas manifolds, glycol trunks, towers, drains, and dispensers to all manner of specifications. We can design whole beer and soda systems custom-tailored to your exact needs.

AHow do I set up a net 30 account?

We can help. Our default payment method is by Credit/Debit, and We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would prefer to have Foxx Equipment Company bill you on terms (Net 30 from invoice date),click here to download credit application. After completion, it can be mailed, faxed, or emailed back to us.
