  • It's a hoss

I've installed probably 20 of these and have found them almost impossible to destroy. I always take the extra time to do a triple evacuation on every job I do whether it's a big walk in cooler or a small back bar unit to make sure it's done right and I don't have many compressor failures to begin with, but I've seen these Embraco compressor survive clogged coils, dead fan motors, and blocked cap tubing that generally destroys a Copeland or Tecumseh compressor. Doesn't hurt that they are 1/3+ and h/l/m back pressure for any situation you need a 1/3hp compressor for.
