All ice towers require a dedicated chiller to perform properly. The dedicated chiller function is to flood the glycol cavity inside the tower and continuously recirculate glycol to keep the exterior of the tower build-up with frosted ice. The bath temperature of this chiller will be c older than that of the beer line chiller in order to maintain the ice build-up.
